The shipping methods offered during checkout will differ based on your shipping address and the weight of the items being ordered. All orders are shipped insured and with tracking information. 


shipping domestic. 

  • All orders sent within Denmark are trackable and require a signature on receipt .
  • Delivery time in Denmark 2 - 4 working days.
  • Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a text message or email notifying you along with a tracking number to track your order.

shipping international.

We ship worldwide! International shipping rates are calculated at check out, please enter in your shipping destination to do so. BudtzBendix is not responsible for any extra taxes and fees that may apply once the package arrives in the destination country.  At this time we are not able to provide exact delivery time frames for all destinations, please allow up to 2 weeks.  In addition some international shipments may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we cannot foresee additional duties charges or customs delays. We can suggest for you to contact your local customs office for any additional information.


customers outside EU.

When ordering to a country outside the European Union you may have to pay an extra tax / customs fee depending on the value / weight of your order. These duties are established by the country the goods are delivered into, and we at BudtzBendix do not have any influence over it. Please note that when ordering goods to be received outside the European Union, VAT is not applicable and thus the order's sales price will not be subject to VAT.

returns / exchanges.

As we understand that buying online can be tricky as you do not have the product in your hands when you order, we have a 14 days open purchase policy. You can return any item (except for items on sale) within 30 days from receiving the order at your own expense. The products must be in a non-used condition. 

The moment your return is processed at our warehouse we will issue a refund to the same account as used at the moment of purchase. We cannot refund to another account than the account where the payment was made from.

If you wish to exchange the item to e.g a different color that is not a problem either! 


returns within Denmark.

Returns will be accepted within 14 days of delivery for exchange credit note or refund. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging or with the original tags still attached.


wrong or damaged item.

If you receive an item that is damaged please contact us immediately. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon receiving your order so that we can sort out a refund with the carrier. Always contact us at +45 26295272 or prior to sending the item back. The item must be returned within a total of 14 days and with an explanation of the damage or defect. Don’t forget to save your receipt and to include it when shipping the order back to us so we can pay you back for the shipping cost.  


how do I exchange or return a product?

If you would like to return something to us and receive a refund, we need to have the product returned within 14 days after your order date. The postage to us is paid by you. Please keep in mind that we would like to have the product back in the same condition as it was upon receiving it with tags and original packaging.


we cannot accept returns if.

  • An item is returned without tags.
  • An item is returned dirty, or shows sign of being used.


what do I do if I have received the wrong product?

If you have received the wrong product, please contact us at We will contact you within 24 hours on a working day.


what do I do if I would like to reclaim a product?

Please take a picture of the damage and e-mail it together with an explanation of the problem to us at : We will contact you within 24 hours on a working day. BudtzBendix will pay for the shipping cost for the return.


a product is out of stock – will it be back in stock again?

Should a product be out of stock, and you are interested in when we will have it back in stock again, please contact us at bb@budtzbendix.dkand tell us what product you are interested in and we will answer your question within 24 hours on working days.


what happens if my order is delayed?

If any delays occur, you have the right to cancel the purchase if you do not agree with the new delivery time. If you wish to cancel your purchase due to delayed delivery and have pre-paid for your items, we will refund the money into your account within a few days.


I am under 18 years old, am I allowed to place an order?

If you are under 18 years old, you always need approval from your guardian to be allowed to make a purchase at BudtzBendix
